Pretty standard hotel with very proactive staff. Breakfast with Pippin Hot Chinese food and a' view to the inside hall for breakfast', as example. Wonderful, favourable location very near Trade Center. And near to nearby Dubai Mall, cheap eateries, and taxi costing less than 40 dirhams.

It has new facilities and marvellous and easy location in the Indian restaurant downstairs. The hotel offers a great selection of food that was delicious.

It is an excellent modern property located in Beach & Coast district close enough to the city center, the business hub of Sheikh Zayed Road as well as the relaxing beach of Jumeira, dubai downtown and dubai mall and the Restaurants.

The location is marvellous and perfect, to find metro station.

Good and perfect location in front of a bus stop, that was handy. It was functional, new-fashioned and with a view to burj khalifa. Particularly good bakery and omelette served in the morning.

the hotel was right by lamer, the business hub of sheikh zayed road and the restaurant around 9am thanks to its excellent location. a cool bonus was samari restaurant & cafe, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

No complaints whatsoever, I greatly enjoyed this hotel and can't recommend it highly enough. It was a wonderful place, had consistently courteous stuff in GREAT customer service. Views of the Burj Kalifa or sea were gorgeous, the room was tidy and cheap. I had a safe, TV set, and tea and coffee making equipment in the room.

The location was particularly good, close to the World trade Center. The morning breakfast was very good and delicious with a' view and Pippin Hot Chinese food, for example. Some of the staff members were hospitable.

The room I had was neat with a clean bathroom. Its location was absolutely perfect, close to Dubai Mall, Outlet Mall, Public Beach, and 'La Mer' beach which takes 5 minutes by taxi. I enjoyed staying at hotel and would have extended the stay.

Thanks a lot guys for a very nice stay in asking you to prefer other options on your next visit. Its location to the bus terminal is decent and incredible. The place to order lunch at a walking distance from the hotel is Lal Qila.

It has to offer a marvellous and delicious breakfast with bakery and omelette.

The building is nice, the room is a decent size and functional. Very attentive and well experienced hotel stuff at the receptionist, everything was perfect. The property has a particularly good location, near to old Dubai markets, cafes, restaurants and groceries and La Mer beach and open beach Jumeirah.

The hotel had a very central location also next to Deyafa street which has many restaurants: )

Overall it was spacious and huge on their music. The service was exceptional, including a satisfactory breakfast with a' view and Pippin Hot Chinese food, for instance.

Views appeared to be not very good.
